In Edge, we are currently studying SHAPE by Erik Rees to discover how God made us each uniquely qualified for his purpose for our lives!

You do not have to get a copy of the book for Edge, however, you will get much more out of the study if you have one!  You can get your own copy or we will get one for you for $7!  Please contact Murray or Jessica if you would like a copy and meet us on Sunday evenings from 5-6:30pm for Edge and dinner!

I have loved being your youth director over the past year, and I love all of you very much! The time I have spent with you all has been such a blessing!

 It seems that God is now directing me in a new direction, and doors have opened for me to go back home to the Charlotte area and live near my family. I will continue being your youth leader through the remainder of this semester before I move back home.

 I am excited to see what God will do in our youth group this year and I am praying for the perfect person to be the next youth director at Palmetto! I know God has great things in store!

Each spring, the middle school students go on a day trip retreat together!  Last year, we went to the Wild Blue Ropes course.  As we plan this year’s trip, we would love to hear from you!  Please fill out the poll in the right side of this page and tell us where you would like to go!

Super Bowl Party!

This Sunday, we will NOT have Edge.  Instead, we will have a Super Bowl party at Jessica’s house! Please bring a tailgate food to share!

At the party, we will also vote on which organization that we would like to give the Souper Bowl of Caring funds to.  If you would like to help with collecting the Souper Bowl of Caring funds after church tomorrow, please contact Jessica!

A look back at last semester...Edge Starts Back THIS Sunday!!

Edge Starts Back Sunday!!!

Last fall, we went on trips to grow closer to God and each other, celebrated holidays, held fundraisers, and more, all while learning that it is important to share Christ with others and that God placed us where we are for a reason.

We can’t wait for a new semester of fellowship, bible study, worship, and fun as we dig deeper into this topic and look at ordinary people who live their lives “On Mission” for Christ, and how God is using them to impact others!
